		<description>It seems a &quot;realignment&quot; (to use the economists&#039; term) is at hand in the news industry.  It will be interesting to see how the various media outlets find their niches, but I&#039;m guessing there will be a few, large media corporations (such as CNN/Time, NPR, and the NYT) that give us foreign coverage, while local news outlets focus on just that: local news.</description>
