		<description>A big one from Sam&#039;s (and your?) neck of the woods is	 &lt;i&gt;Otis McDonald, et al., Petitioners v. City of Chicago, Illinois, et al.&lt;/i&gt;, a gun control case coming on the heels of the &lt;i&gt;Heller&lt;/i&gt; decision.  If Justice Scalia has his way, gun-control advocates will have a tough row to hoe.

Generally, you I think it&#039;s safe to say that cases involving corporations, discrimination, or the federal government will come down on the side opposite that which the ACLU would prefer.</description>
