As the world becomes more flat and glob­al­ized, peo­ple are going to travel, work and live in for­eign coun­tries much more often. This, of course, is cre­at­ing immi­gra­tion prob­lems because coun­tries and soci­eties have not adapted to this new par­a­digm. The coun­tries who suc­ceed in the Age of Glob­al­iza­tion will be the ones who change.
